python中的包管理有时很棘手。为了避免这些问题，我建议使用Anaconda，这是一个很好的python包和环境管理器（download here和30 minutes guide）。

按照官方说明安装Anaconda并选择将Anaconda添加到$ PATH的默认值，并将Anaconda作为默认的python解释器。然后打开终端并使用以下命令：

• conda install pip six nose numpy scipy
• pip install theano

然后尝试使用anaconda运行脚本。
