Postgres：内存不足

Question

我将3GB内存分配给VMBox。对包含约3885个条目的表的列进行相似性检查，因此总共进行3885 * 3885个比较。但是我得到了这个错误：

仍然不知道为什么15,093,225比较导致3gb内存“内存不足”。有解决方案吗

编辑：我增加了     Shared_buffers = from 128MB to 1000MB     Working_mem = from 4MB to 50MB

但仍然是同样的错误。
