Question

我的Rails应用程序一直运行到今天早上。我尝试重新启动应用程序，这是我在拍到页面之前得到的错误。 Postgres连接上的Out of Memory错误！我可以从我的开发机器连接到数据库。我有Heroku Postgres的开发帐户。我还运行了那个SQL语句，它应该只返回1就可以了。

正确设置了config var DATABASE_URL。
