定义正确的requirements.txt文件

问题似乎是pip无法找到Flask-WTF，这是我的申请工作所需要的。

我使用pip install Flask-WTF在本地计算机上安装了Flask-WTF。构建器在构建时摄取的requirements.txt的内容只是：

Flask==0.10.1 Flask-WTF

特别是，我不确定为什么pip要求flask.ext.wtf？此外，令我不安的是，应用程序说它限制为128 MB，当我将其提升到512 MB时。

pip install --upgrade pip

并更新您的requirements.txt文件：

pip freeze > requirements.txt
