在第14行的 RegistrationEtablissementForm 类中，您正在调用FOS \ UserBundle \ Form \ Type \ RegistrationFormType构造函数。如果在FOSUserBundle中检查类的代码，您可以看到构造函数需要用户类名作为属性：
