我有一个表格可以在我的数据库中添加新的处方者。第一步是告知处方者的各种信息。

然后，我在添加它之前检查是否有类似的处方者（第二步带有第二个表格），如果有，我要求用户确认。

简而言之，我有一个单步形式或两步形式，具体取决于重复。

我尝试使用CraueFormFlowBundle，但我不知道如何实现有条件的第二步。我的测试没有结果。所以我决定在我的控制器中使用forward方法，我喜欢它！
