Spring Boot（1.2.5.RELEASE）Web应用程序项目（spring-boot-starter-web），使用Maven（3.3.3）构建，在执行在/ target目录中创建的JAR文件时运行

但是在运行maven命令时无法执行

在运行可执行JAR时，一切都可以运行，包括web和jms请求，但在运行Maven Spring Boot命令时失败。
