来自spring-boot-starter-tomcat依赖。

在部署到独立版本的tomcat时，您只需要添加它。 Spring Boot最新版本是1.5.6.RELEASE。您也应该将它用于新项目。

同时删除所有org.springframework依赖项。它们将包含在Spring Boot启动器中。
