这是我的代码。我知道图片首先进入wamp / tmp目录，你可以看到我的代码应该将它移动到我的数据库中，但它并没有。该文件只停留在WAMP的tmp目录中，不会移动到数据库。我检查了php.ini文件中的上传方向，它应该是空的（upload_tmp_dir =＆＃34;＆＃34;）。我只想将图片上传到我的数据库中，稍后在用户个人资料中显示，但我无法继续前进，直到这个问题得不到解决。
