1- Web服务应用程序池（标识）的用户不应具有管理员权限，并且只能具有以下权限：

2- Web服务的web.config必须在配置部分下包含以下部分（以便Web服务可以识别工作流以及由其添加的项目导致工作流启动）：提示：此部分是取得了sharepoint网站本身的web.config
