service nginx restart

但我得到了：

403 Forbidden

error.log说：

我做了：

chmod -R 775 phppgadmin/ 
chown -R www-data:www-data phppgadmin/

但仍然是相同的403消息。我究竟做错了什么？

规则禁止访问意味着您已放入配置中的规则删除了所需页面的访问权限。

只是尝试删除每个位置的规则，以查看哪个是导致问题。
