PhpPgAdmin没有从localserver，ERROR 403 - Forbidden Acces运行

当我尝试从localserver运行PhpPgAdmin时，我收到消息： 403错误 - 禁止访问。

请注意：

• 我安装了XAMPP 7.2和PhpPgAdmin 5.1
• 我将phppgadmin文件夹添加到C：/ xampp / htdocs

• 我修改了位于C：\ xampp \ phppgadmin \ conf上的confi.inc和config.inc.php-dist文件的一些代码行，如下所示：

• 我还在位于C：\ xampp \ apache \ conf \ extra \的httpf-xampp.conf文件中添加了一些代码行，如下所示：
