我遇到的问题是标签不在它们应该的位置,似乎networkx只是顺时针放置它们......

这个结果对我来说是正确的。请注意,例如,标记为1的节点的有向边指向23457。这对应于数组中第一行的Z[0]

因为第一行对应于节点1,而该行中的那些对应于节点2345和{ {1}}。
