iOS 4.0中locationServicesEnabled is deprecated的实例上的CLLocationManager属性，但 class method 不是。

所以而不是：

locationManager.locationServicesEnabled

您应该只使用以下内容：

CLLocationManager.locationServicesEnabled()

LocationServicesEnabled：不推荐使用API
