在pandas 0.14之前从未支持SQL服务器（只有mysql和sqlite，默认为sqlite。因此出现错误），但是从pandas 0.14开始，支持将数据帧写入MS SQL服务器。
但要使用它，您必须使用 sqlalchemy引擎（请参阅docs）而不是pyobdc连接对象。例如：

from sqlalchemy import create_engine
engine = create_engine('mssql+pyodbc://scott:tiger@mydsn')
df.to_sql('test', engine)
