我已在我的应用程序https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deep.profilemaper中创建了此类功能。

要实现此功能,您只需创建后台服务,并在onStartCommand()服务方法中返回标志START_STICKY。如果有人终止您的服务,此服务将重新启动。
