您正在使用Unicode值连接字节字符串,从而触发bytestring的自动解码。这会失败,因为您的解密文本无法以ASCII格式解码。

此处不要使用Unicode INTERRUPTPAD值;你还没有从这里读取文件中的Unicode数据:

INTERRUPT = '\1'
PAD = '\0'

您必须创建要解密的AES对象的 new 实例;您不能重复使用您用于加密的对象,因为加密会改变IV状态:

decrypt_cipher = AES.new(SECRET, AES.MODE_CBC, IV)
decrypted_data = decAES(decrypt_cipher, data2decrypt)

通过这些更改,您的代码可以正常工作,并且可以加密并再次解密数据。
