Speaker.java中的此代码不正确:

                AudioTrack.MODE_STREAM);

应该是:

    int bufferSize = AudioTrack.getMinBufferSize(freq,
            AudioFormat.CHANNEL_OUT_MONO,
            AudioFormat.ENCODING_PCM_16BIT);
    inSpeaker = new AudioTrack(AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC, freq,
                AudioFormat.CHANNEL_OUT_MONO,
                AudioFormat.ENCODING_PCM_16BIT, bufferSize,
                AudioTrack.MODE_STREAM);
