确保您实际使用sbt 0.13.x构建。如果您已经安装了最新版本的sbt并仍然出现此错误，那么sbt版本可能会被project / build.properties文件覆盖。

编辑project / build.properties，因此它包含sbt.version = 0.13.2或当前的sbt版本。
