j是int，isdigit适用于char。注意变量的类型非常重要。

你想要的实际上非常简单

if (j < 0 || j > 9){
    cout << "\n\r\t Please Enter Numbers between 0 and 9 only" << endl;

BTW不使用goto，你会失去标记。写另一个循环，循环直到输入有效。
