我下载了xcode，命令行工具，home brew，rvm和ruby，但是当我使用命令sudo gem install rails时，我收到一条错误消息。不知道该怎么做任何帮助都会很棒，我想在我的新Mac上安装rails。

You have to install development tools first.

您可能不希望在RVM中使用sudo ...请尝试：

gem install rails

sudo gcc --version
