vagrant up产生的vm似乎工作正常。但是，在最简单的配置中，我似乎无法让流氓添加apache（网络服务器）。我正在使用Puppet。

我确保vagrant destroy然后vagrant up。在vagrant ssh时，apache不存在（没有apachectl，没有httpd）。
