首先，检查Dispatcher Servlet。如果你也检查一下， 简单的方法：您不需要通过构建路径添加外部jar。按文件夹转到项目工作区，直接复制下载的jar并粘贴到：

WebContent>WEB-INF>lib>(here directly paste your jar files.)

-> stop your application server (like tomcat);
-> go to your IDE -> Select Project -> Clean Project builds
