您的主要错误是:

self.spin(bets) 
# payout for bets

应该是:

#start spin
bets = self.spin(bets)
# payount bets

下面的修改后的代码是正确的。覆盖不同类型的投注并不是一种好的风格,我建议使用不同的变量。 win in bets也不需要明确地与True进行比较(除非在学习期间进行澄清)。
