我正在开发一个Android应用程序，我可以将视频，音频和图像从Android设备上传到WCF REST服务。它正在上传一个10MB大小的视频文件，但当我尝试上传 1GB 的视频文件时，它没有上传到服务器。我想创建一个应用程序，我可以将文件大小上传到 3gb到4gb 。我可以实现这一点，任何人都可以指导我实现这个场景。

当我尝试上传1GB的文件时，我的状态代码为404.

我需要进行更改以使我的代码上传文件大小为2gb到5GB。任何人都可以帮我解决这个问题。
