您应该查看该服务是否与客户端具有相同的maxReceivedMessageSize =“4194304”，并且XML是否确实小于设置的4,194,304字节限制。 WCF默认为64K的maxReceivedMessageSize。

更新：

我注意到您的配置显示客户端正在配置basicHttpBinding，但配置只显示wsHttpBinding。 WCF将忽略wsHttpBinding配置，因为它与basicHttpBinding无关。如果客户端配置文件没有basicHttpBinding元素，则在.NET 4中使用默认元素。如果这是真的，那么你将遇到上述的64K限制。
