文件png.h随libpng一起安装，这是构建matplotlib的要求。
请注意，libpng的后续版本（1.5和1.6是完全不同的，因为不兼容性，1.2或更高版本的需求规范可能无法解决。我已成功使用libpng 1.2和matplotlib但是没有尝试了最新的1.6系列。
