一个错误是

char decision;
...
scanf("%s",&decision);

您要求scanf将char数组写入单个char。这将有未定义的结果,但可能会导致覆盖decision后的堆栈变量。

要解决此问题,请使用%c作为格式说明符

scanf("%c",&decision);

或将decision声明为char数组

char decision[32];
scanf("%.31s",decision);
