这是使用Twitter API的1.0版本，该版本已被弃用，并将在接下来的几个月内逐渐停止工作

相反，你应该尝试使用

https://api.twitter.com/1.1/statuses/update.json （已有recent change to the Twitter API。您现在可以 使用HTTPS调用它。）
