使用Windows Imaging Component (WIC)可能如下所示。此代码支持BMP,GIF,PNG和JPEG格式的编码器,但可以轻松扩展到其他格式(对于其余的本机编码器CLSID,请查看IWICBitmapEncoder接口参考的备注部分)。
