它失败是因为您在C:\Program Files\R中安装了R，即使FAQ for R on Windows告诉您不在空格路径中安装R 。请参阅“问题2.2：如何为Windows安装R”：

如果您希望能够从源代码构建软件包，我们建议您这样做选择不包含空格的安装路径。

Rcpp / RInside文档重复了该建议。 不要在带空格的路径中安装R. 如果必须，则必须修复Makefile以避免路径扩展中断。

您的路径对我来说完全错误：如果您的R主路径只是C:\R\Rtools\bin，为什么将R_HOME用作C:\R？如果你的R文件夹是你在截图中显示的那个BTW，那么你的类路径也是完全错误的！
