尝试使用括号：

...where (p.products_name like '%indifi%' 
or p.products_description like '%indifi%')
and s.countries_id = '168'
...

这样你就不会OR太多了。

我在那里看到OR，所以如果p.products_name like '%indifi%'，那么global_category_id是什么并不重要。

要修正优先顺序，请使用括号(... OR ...)。
