您所包含的config.php似乎包括D:\xampp\php\PEAR\Config.php，而不是您的配置文件。这是因为PEAR目录的优先级高于包含路径中的.。使用绝对路径（__DIR__ . '/config.php'）使其可靠地工作，或更改包含路径。

与

require_once("../includes/config.php");

在database.php文件中。
