当无法加载本机库或 当您尝试创建程序的jar文件时。由于.dll文件主要是用c / c ++编写的,因此在您尝试运行程序时,jvm不能将其包含在jar文件中,也不会给出链接错误。但是对于openCV,您可以使用此代码成功加载dll文件。

只需创建一个Java类并复制粘贴此代码,然后使用该方法成功加载dll文件
