首先启用顶点attrib数组,然后传递指针...

glEnableVertexAttribArray(0);    
glVertexAttribPointer(0, 3, GL_FLOAT, GL_FALSE, 0, vertices);

glDrawArrays(GL_TRIANGLES,  0, 3);

此外,您在“1”attrib数组中发送颜色,但着色器中没有此类属性。
