启动线程时,应保存Thread对象,然后在Thread对象上调用中断:

 Thread thread = new Thread(yourRunnable);
 thread.start();
 ...
 thread.interrupt();

所以使用您刚刚添加的代码,您可以这样做:

sessionTimer.interrupt();

另外,请注意,中断线程只会导致sleep()wait()调用抛出InterruptedException或设置线程中断标志。它将阻止线程执行。这意味着您的线程应该使用如下代码:
