您需要在依赖于库的文件之后在gcc / g ++命令行上指定库。所以试试：

g++ -IC:/MinGW/include/ test.cpp -lpthread

当我偶然发现答案时，我踢了自己（这是图书馆和gcc的常见问题解答）。对于大多数gcc选项，顺序无关紧要，但对于库而言，它是至关重要的。

如果pthread库附带了MinGW发行版，您不必指定库路径（就像您的情况一样）。另外，请记住上面的命令行将生成a.exe可执行文件;通过-o test.exe来避免这种情况。
