PHP文件请求/下载脚本编码为text / html

Question

我遇到此文件下载脚本的问题。它接收ID，查询文件名，查找扩展名，并根据MIME类型设置适当的标题。

问题是我认为在这种情况下标题被设置为text / html而不是application / PDF。它以前工作，现在不是那么多。我尝试过一个简单的强制下载脚本（http://webdesign.about.com/od/php/ht/force_download.htm），这确实有效。有人为什么会这样吗？
