你给错误的参数和一个额外的参数给行功能。您指向的文档用于Python接口,也是使用cv的旧文档。假设您有最新版本的OpenCV,那么在Python中使用新的C ++接口或cv2接口会更好。

cvLine在两点之间画线,你应该给它两个cv :: Point而不是center.x nad center.y
