我认为发生的是EF4.1实现了一个在Web.config中引用的实体项，该项具有自己的连接字符串。当然，我已经拥有了自己的连接字符串。问题是应用程序的不同部分使用不同的连接字符串。因此，安全/登录使用了一个良好的连接字符串，而各种自定义页面试图使用实体连接字符串（并且失败，因为实体的未更改连接字符串指向我本地驱动器上的某个位置。）< / p>

我做了一个旧的强力方法来设置一个新的（空的）项目并添加单个部分，直到出现问题。实体（或缺乏实体）在这种情况下打破了应用程序，让我更仔细地看待它。
