iPhone UITextView突出显示点击保持

如何删除此内容？

我已删除粘贴/复制菜单...使用：

- (BOOL)canPerformAction:(SEL)action withSender:(id)sender    
{    

            return NO;


}

但我需要uitextviews文本不可选，只能输入。
