您的Javascript代码的一个问题是，他们需要有一个结束标记，您不能使用/＆gt;快捷方式最后。

错误：<script type="text/javascript" src="script.js"/>

正确：<script type="text/javascript" src="script.js"></script>

以前的评论（type="text/javascript"和jsp:text标签）确实是必需的，但根据原始问题，这与spring:url具体无关。

您在var名称中使用短划线（ - ）：

var="openid-jquery_url"

用下划线替换它，一切都会神奇地起作用......

var="openid_jquery_url"

BTW，c:url也是如此，但是当你切换到它时，你只是使用了一个不带破折号的汽车名称。
