您可以使用性能监视器（perfmon.exe）来监视不同的性能计数器。我自己使用它，并且有很多工具来自sysinternals（Process explorer和Debugview）。如果我没有弄错的话，Sysinternals已被微软收购，所以现在这些工具都是微软提供的。
