我看到这个问题很老了,我自己偶然发现了。但解决方案相当简单。只是想为同样问题的其他人发布答案。

您正在使用Android 2.2附带的android.util.Base64。您需要为Android 2.1及更低版本下载Base64编码器/解码器。
