Question

我使用以下代码使我的表单的某个部分显示或隐藏，具体取决于单选按钮的选择。但是，如果我离开页面并返回到它（我离开页面填写表单的其他部分然后放回主表单），即使用户也不会记住单选按钮选择的状态已经做了选择并填写了字段。我的Jquery做错了吗？
