您使用TStringList发布XML数据。即使您没有将Request.ContentType设置为application/x-www-form-urlencoded，发布TStrings对象也会像对待数据一样对数据进行编码。这可能是服务器抱怨的原因，因为它无法正确接收您想要的XML。要发布XML数据，您需要使用TStream，例如：
