将输出调用更改为传递'F'而不是'S'，因为您需要将PDF作为文件进行压缩。

至于超时，您是否尝试过使用set_time_limit（）增加PHP超时？如果您的服务器允许该函数只需尝试set_time_limit（90）或更长时间，以查看脚本是否正常工作。
