我在您的代码中看到了几个对DES的引用(kCCKeySizeDESkCCBlockSize3DES)。这似乎不对 - 至少kCCKeySizeDES应该替换为keyLength

如果这不能解决问题,接下来我会看一下可能的文本编码问题。 SQLite中的数据可能是UTF8编码的二进制数据,在这种情况下,您可能必须通过从UTF8转换为ISO8859-1来“解码”它。
