实际上，错误消息已告诉您原因：

目录为pid = / home / deploy / apps / shared / pids / unicorn.pid不可写

那么，目录/home/deploy/apps/shared/pids是否存在？如果没有，您应该致电mkdir创建它。

Unicorn进程在后台运行（-d），输入

ps aux | grep unicorn

并杀死正在运行的独角兽进程然后重新开始。

在capistrano 3;如果我们将角色更改为：all，那么在部署capistrano时说; WARN [SKIPPING] No Matching Host for ..... 在部署之后，所有符号链接都不再起作用了。如果symlink数组中有tmp / pids文件夹，那么unicorn找不到tmp / pids文件夹，并说unicorn.pid不可写。

所以我们必须使用; WARN [SKIPPING] No Matching Host for .....代替roles: %w{web app db}。

production.rb的示例服务器行;

roles :all
