在Ubuntu上使用PyML我也遇到了同样的问题。

安装Python开发包（python2.x-dev）解决了这个问题。您需要安装这些Python开发标头，安装XCode也应该在Mac上安装标头。

它们通常位于“/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6 /”
